Sports Simulator Booking

Terms & Conditions

  • Refundable Bond payable upon booking time at the Sports Bar.
  • You must be Eighteen (18) years to make a booking for the Interactive Games
  • All persons under eighteen (18) years – must be accompanied by a parental guardian at all times.
  • We ask that persons booking the Interactive Games arrive five (5) minutes before booking time.
  • The CMSC reserves the right to charge for No-Show Bookings
  • Special Food Package Bookings are required Twenty-Four (24) hrs in advance.
  • Guest attending for Interactive Sports Games are required to comply with Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club Regulations (conditions of entry / behaviour / dress code).
  • Participation is at your own risk, the CMSC will not be liable for any injuries, losses of damages incur during gameplay.
  • Player are responsible for any damages made to simulators & or club facilities as result of misuse / inappropriate behaviour.
  • Players / Guests using the Interactive Games are requested to respect other Club goers.
  • Bookings will only be held for twenty (20) minutes after selected time
